Pinch valve choice recommendation

Never use pneumatic pinch valve before

If you never use air pinch valves before, you want to try to replace the old valve, please send your request to BOC , specify the operation details as follows:

If you have used air pinch valves , you plan to start to cooperate with BOC, please check follows.

Housing material choice suggestion.

1.    Corrosive medium, you’d better use POM or stainless steel housing. POM is anti-corrosive.

2.    NOt corrosive medium, and you plan to replace pinch valve sleeve yourself , you’d better use Aluminum alloy housing. POM with high interstress, it is easy damaged if frequently disassemble .

3.     Food industry , stainless steel housing is preferred.

4.     Request short length pinch valve , you can choose the BMPSS series, flange connection . Or try to contact with BOC to customized your length.

5.     For manual pinch valve, usually, we offer cast steel housing.

Pinch valve rubber hose material choice recommendation:

1.   Corrosive medium, you’d better use EPDM sleeve.

2.  Organic solvent, FFKM or NBR is better.

3.   Netural medium, natural rubber or pure gum rubber is the best, Natural rubber has good performance of dynamic property and anti-abrasion.

4.   Speical medium, we can customized rubber for you , but we need additional charge.
